Who should the Bears(he,he,he) take with the #1 pick?

I mean if you are going to have a bad year, have the worst year. My guess is they take a DL

Smart move would be to trade out, considering the number of teams needing a QB. Take the Colts 4th pick+ or the Raiders 7th pick ++
Absolutely take the best deal you can to get out of that pick and take the most dominant DL or OT available with the first pick.

They should def looking trade back and stock up picks bc they need all the the help they can get all over the roster. If they are going to take the pick then probably take Anderson or Carter (I would take Anderson)

but this is the Bears drafting.
They dont think like normal people when it comes to QBs.
To be fair, even Mahomes would look like crap behind that line with those weapons.

They obviously have to address OL but defense has to be looked at. Fields had a string of 7 straight starts, starting with the NE game, where the team averaged 27 ppg and went 1-6. Yikes.

The Bears are probably in the most enviable first pick spot in a looong time. If Poles doesn't cash in on this, Herschel Walker-style, they should shitcan his ass before day 2 of the draft. I think he will tho. Should be able to parlay that pick into some great shit and still get everyone they want.

Bears are a much better team than a 3-win record may indicate.

Their front 7, particularly the front 4 should be the highest priority.

I'd like to once again thank the Bears for the 1st round pick in all but name for Chase Claypool

yes, that was quite the fleecing, wasn't it? can't wait for the draft!

He's gonna stick with #1 overall and draft a QB that flops worse than Trubisky. :laugh3:
