Some experts recommend not rinsing raw chicken in order to prevent splashing possible bacteria around the area.
Cooking to temp will destroy any make-you-sick bacteria, although she apparently didn't do that either.
Plant based chicken strips are better for you and won't spread bacteria all over your kitchen.
They're not chicken if they're plant-based.

First of all both are wrong for insisting to "wash" chicken. You don't run water over chicken the bacteria on it will spread all over and get someone sick. Fill a bowl and add chicken to it if you must "wash" but not under running water. So both get major derp marks there
