Why hasn't the promised upgrade happened at tHoop?

That's weird. The announcement already was made. That's been two weeks ago and now everyone is just wanting an update.

Yes the upgrade is nearly finished. Shags is apparently handling all of the skins & new banners himself which I believe is the holdup. I pressed him on more concrete details and he said he "would post an update tomorrow" which is today...

Probably been a month since I've seen him. Back during some fantasy drafts I think. He's been known to go MIA a lot. He's running a restaurant IIRC, so shit gets incredibly busy for him from time to time.

The way I understand it, a new and groovy aspect of the upgrades includes random and rotating permissions.
