Why hasn't the promised upgrade happened at tHoop?

I will say this is all far more entertaining than when AFR went kaput.
That was just people pretty quietly drifting away, and then a bunch of posts in Cyrillic with supposed porn links, one of which purported to be to child porn.
 
Well, I for one......appreciate all the hard work you did on tHoop @gobigred......as the person who bet the MOST (if not the best LOL) I think I can speak for all the degenerate gamblers there......and still can't believe it was you......I thought it was just some dude who used the hoop bookie screen name and didn't post on tHoop otherwise.....

Looking back I should have known.......with all the smart ass comments whenever I posted in the Request a bet thread.......you took some shots at me that an impartial non poster wouldn't have......LOL.
