Why hasn't the promised upgrade happened at tHoop?

We need to get GBR and that DB in the Sports message board Octagon.

The site is running fine. No problem with lag. Any site can experience lag problems and do from time to time. There's a thread in the graveyard that goes back to when Hammer was the owner. Literally hundreds of posts complaining the site wouldn't load and ads were redirecting them to places like Apple apps. There other threads like that full of complaints. So I don't think that the real reason you became upset and left, but matters not. Water under the bridge. I'm am disappointed we couldn't discuss this via PM but you made it plain you didn't want to discuss it like that.
