Why hasn't the promised upgrade happened at tHoop?

Announced around midnight last night:

You will all be in bed when it happens. The theme (skin) will be roughly the same but with an added dark option. Was trying to get it updated tonight but it didn't work out.

Site will be closed for a few minutes while it's being updated but like I said, it will be happening a night(well after the Chiefs/Texans game is kver), so you may never see it down.

Since this place came into existence who's done what for tHoop? Harold Somehow found time to look past his obsession with me to ban, harass and insult some of the most popular posters in the history of the site, pull mod from Edisto and never tell him why (hypocrite!) and then call a 63 yr old...
