Well we're now in mostly subfreezing temperatures until the weekend.

But it doesn't compare to the arctic blast four years ago this week that dumped a bunch of snow and lasted a full week.

-12 today, but heating up to 5 degrees. Hoping curling gets cancelled

We had a welcome back breakfast today. All good times until we went around having people introduce themselves and it got to some who were like, been here 14 months, hope I'm still here next week...

we're not even that fancy, it's fake curling at best

it's mostly about getting together with friends and beer and out of hte house


and it was thankfully cancelled tonight

If they schedule a so long supper next week just don’t show up.
 
50 minutes on the road and Google tells me I have another 20 to go. Now a pit stop at a bar because I had to piss. At least I had a few teams meetings with my coworkers in Washington and Detroit...
 
5 degress, sun is out, wind is calm, actually feels tolerable when you've been exposed to sub zero for past several days
