"Only" getting up to 98 in these parts today.

Kids had fun yesterday at practice. Got some lightbulbs to go off with a few kids' swings. We'll see if it sticks next practice.

Finished moving yesterday. Still have some unpacking to do but everything unloaded. Picked the best two days of the year to move. Think I may have lost 15 lbs

See if rain holds off for our late last game of Coach Pitch. Then getting to crunch time for fair will be coming up. Then in person sign ups for youth flag football & youth tackle football. Already getting hammered on why there isn't any info on the tackle sign ups. The other school has the league president and he sucks. This is why I'll be ready for school to start as all of that will be over.

hope you can find some provisions for the journey home.

speaking on the weather, some dickhead I think on a street behind some wooded area has a cat he just has outdoors seemingly all the time (which it tends to spend mostly at mine). I got home from work Monday night around 1930, cat was there a few minutes later. Got home yesterday 1515, cat was there soon after. Woke up this morning at 0500, cat was still outside (I can tell because it tends to meow like it's in distress so much). All that to say, if you don't want to have a pet, don't get one. Ridiculous to have it out there all the time in this heat.

You know how when you first get in a hot car the temp reads warmer than it actually is because it’s just been sitting the sun? Well my truck read 125 today. Not sure I’ve ever seen that high. Lol.
