Rob needs practiceWe need somebody to fill in for Douche's vortexes.
All I’m saying is weight training is superior in every way in terms of burning fat.
Cardio strengthens your cardiovascular system but it’s not a good method of fat burning.
If your goal is to lose weight, you need to lift hard.
Just the fruits.Everyone has a talkie bike now???

If your goal is to lose weight, you need to eat less.
Exercise is not an effective means to lose weight, unless you are doing it hours each day.
You burn fat after your body burns available sugars, regardless of the exercise you are doing.
Sure, you go ahead and start. I'll catch up later.Wanna race?

I'll often use my efforts to workout as motivation to not eat crap, or eat late at night. For example, I might be up one night and feel hungry, but I tell myself, you woke up at 4:30 this morning and forced yourself to run fast and lift heavy shit, don't throw that work away for a sandwich at 11pm.hey dont need to sell me, I had chicken strips yesterday for lunch
sometimes while working out, I think I could've just not had 3 beers the other day, but no here I am
I need to up my workout as my weight loss has level off, I'm holding steady at 180, but that's 15lbs down from fall of 2019. I'd like to get to 165-170 (well, I'd like to get to 160, but I think that would require eliminating beer and fried food which are my reasons to live)
LOL.
Not necessarily. You just need to burn more calories than you eat.If your goal is to lose weight, you need to eat less.
Still don't get the fascination with Qdoba.....
