you still have gears on your mountain bike, but yeah, the changing terrain forces a more variable cadence.

i'm indifferent. been a minute since i watched it, but it just came to me that it was just someone getting high and having an outer body experience. this music is soooooo goooood. this fooood is sooooo goooooood. i've never really heard or tasted it before. my cat is talking to me, wait, i'm my cat.

good luck if you watch earwig and the witch. just when i thought a plot might be starting it ended (did an ill worthy workout on my bike watching that one).

One of the reasons I like hiking over biking. Get into a rhythm and you can go for miles without changing cadence, no matter the terrain. The steps may be shorter on step terrain but you can keep the same pace.

granted, i went 30 minutes like a boss, even though it was the only physical exertion i went out of my way to do in as long as i can recall outside of free weights shit.
 
lol, a weather warning has been issued for XXXX. There is the potential for Heavy Snow Accumulation forecast value 2 inches. Warning Valid 2100 10FEB21 - 0900 11FEB21. Thankfully i stocked up beforehand. Guess it's better than the usual strong winds emails we get.

i'm indoors and have heat. gin is also leaving me feeling warm. done with work for the day.
