Haha. Mr. Kobe handled all of it. We talked about both and I'm not sure what he settled on. 90% sure it was a HELOC.

My wife, too, has relinquished most of the financial power to me these days with her knee deep in the workforce...She's gonna be pissed when she finds out her IRA is all in Gamestop now.

I should take her to Popeye's tonight...That's as good as a confession imo.

I honestly didnt give a shit. I thought it was fun way to do a thread. I feel like @ill and douche are both "heels" in their respective styles. Both clearly do not being disliked, and even revel in it a bit. They both take polarizing stances on things, and pretend to just know their opinions to be universal facts. I also don't dislike either one of them, and feel that difference of opinion and personality is what makes these boards worth visiting.
The biggest difference between the two guys is not their political views, opinions, or even their height. Its that douche is little bitch about things, and ill will actually deal with shit being slung in his direction.

Mr. Kobe doesn't even know the password to our bank account. But this was to finance a building we are putting up. And it is his pet project, so he had to do the legwork.
