Apparently, pine needles are a pain in the ass to filter out of a pool. Make sure the yard and neighboring yards don't have pine trees.People with pools @stakesarehigh (probably most relevant since Ohio) and @Peter Gozintite
If looking at a house with a pool, is there anything you should be especially mindful of?
Yes. I would ask for water bills from the past year to make sure you don't have a leak. Pool lights can often fill with water and it's easy to see by just looking. Look around the filter and pu.p for leaks. Look at the electrical connections to the pump. Is the system automated or manual? Is there a spa, and if so, does the heater work?People with pools @stakesarehigh (probably most relevant since Ohio) and @Peter Gozintite
