Have a real man install an in duct blower, to force more air to that room.
 
speaking of AC, I need to get the HVAC man out here and work on my downstairs unit. Thing runs 100% of the time now and can barely keep up. I hope it just needs some more juice and not a completely new unit.

Both my units are old, and need to be replaced. Not looking forward to it.
