No. I was expecting a shootout. Our defense and Knowles may have turned the page? The defense was violent today. Speed around the ball.

Offensive line looked much better as well. If they can continue to get better, this team might turn out to be pretty damn dangerous

McCord looked A LOT more comfortable out there. Outside of that sack/fumble play he was pretty great. Footwork looked much better. He wasn't just locking in on his receiver right off the bat like he was the first 2 weeks. Looked a lot less hesitant as well.

I know it was Western Kentucky. But those intangibles looking better make me feel a lot better going into the ND game.

Henderson is looking like his freshman self again. He was so hesitant last year (with all the injuries and what not) and for a good amount of the first 2 games this year. Now he's showing vision and willingness to attack again and picking up those chunks he did as a frosh.
