they will be replacing the sidelight, which is the window panel to the left of the door. Guess they don't just repaint it.

I have to pay for labor though, which makes sense.

Which probably covers their cost for the labor and the replacement part.

I hate that shit and I disagree that it makes sense. Their piece failed. If their piece hadn't failed, there'd be no labor.
