I’m too old for rec league basketball at this point. That’s a young women’s league...I can’t keep up with the college aged gals at this point. Maybe there is a seniors league I can look into.

They have a 35 plus league near me I was considering. The Y leagues I used to play in in my 20s were more competitive than most high schools. So yeah...some of those leagues can get serious

I last played rec league basketball when I was about 33 or so. There were 3 or 4 of us that age on the team and it was very clear how much skill declines with age. Us OG's on the team used to play as good or better than those young bucks that were on our team, but age is undefeated.
