Would You Change this Lightbulb??

For free? No.

This guy makes like 50k every time he does that.
That's around what they make a year. They should renegotiate with you for their next contract.

I can take moderate heights, like a 30-foot ropes course where I know I'm harnessed in securely.

Which rare spot was that, Champ?
I thought you'd never ask!

Not sure it's "rare," but a thousand or so folks have likely been there. It was @Selkies ftw's mom's ass, but it honestly wasn't that great. I did wipe my dick off on his pillow case and took a shit in his spider box before I left, so there's that.

130k a year.

According to Field Engineer, entry-level tower climbers with less than a year of experience typically earn around $17 per hour. In theory then, with more experience, climbers could expect their hourly wages to increase to around $191, but there are no jobs online currently touting those numbers. Several job listings on Jooble corroborate this information, with hourly rates ranging from £16 to £35 ($20 to $44) and some postings offering up to £32 ($40) per hour.

The article says it takes approximately six hours to climb up, change the bulb and climb down. So the actual job listings they found range from $120 to $264 per climb.

Pretty much guarantee there would be no shortage of broke rock/mountain climbers that would jump all over that gig at $100k.

Fook that.

Someone could mow 3 neighborhood lawns in 6 hours and make $120.

There’s a lot tougher ways to make 100k a year than climbing a tower, if you like climbing.

Prob be great exercise, and you could take a break and smoke a fatty at the top, so those are bonuses.

I know how you could cut that time in half.

Shit my heart rate went up watching the video.
I know my heart rate and everything else would go thru the roof, so I didn't watch it. When it comes to heights, I'm one big pussy. If I get more than two feet off the ground, I need 4 arms and 6 legs to hang on. If it can't get done by standing on the ground, fuck it, it ain't getting done.

I might do that.

Before kids, I absolutely would have.

It's an a pretty unique experience going somewhere where you know only a miniscule percentage of the human race has ever been.

I bet a VERY few humans have been where that guy went. The spot I got to isn't as rare as that, but I'd bet only a thousand or so humans have ever been.
I really want to make a wife joke here, but it is Christmas. Love ya buddy

lolz.

I tend to avoid wife and kid jokes, but when there's one I just can't let go, I'll refer to her as the recipient's "special lady friend."

I am admittedly not a fan of heights but have tried to step out of my comfort zone a few times with zip lining and doing that tilt thing at the Willis Tower in Chicago. Climbing a tower like that picture above....hard pass.
