A whole one for coaches? Seems like it could get diluted a bit.

Easy mistake. David Greene and David Pollack. Two white boys named David that were the star players for UGA in the early 00’s and neither had much of an impact in the NFL for different reasons(lack of talent for Greene, career ending injury for Pollack)

Just saw currently active coaches don’t count, so replace Kirby with Jim Donnan I guess?

Kinda hard to pick one beyond the 4 I listed. Butts was there nearly 20 years, Dooley for nearly 25 and Richt for nearly 15. Beyond that, I think 5 years was the longest run for any other non active coach

Nick Saban went 34-24-1 in his 5 years at Michigan State. Which is ok. But take out the last season he was 23-22-1. Coaches get fired for that nowadays. Brady Hoke was 31-20 at Michigan and got canned.

Nick Saban will go down as the greatest college football coach in history, but no one will reference any of his time at Michigan State as proof of it.

The 4th is tough but I think you have to go Tracy Rocker.
