It's some of the weirdest behavior in all of this.

- Paranoia Mode: Posts to a nauseating degree about wearing a mask and locking down and spiking the ball about how awful covid is.
- No fucks given mode: Goes and travels for fun after playing in sports leagues with people outside of his household and sleeping with random broads who actually find a way to get covid.
- Paranoia mode: Gets tested multiple times, even with zero symptoms.

Legally speaking, he did it the easiest way and the one easiest to protect the house when the break up happened. No messy "splitting" of equity, etc.

I love grocery shopping. I hardly ever bring the kids. It's like my sanctuary. Listen to a podcast, slowly walk the aisles. Heaven!

Gave the broad zero equity for paying his mortgage for him. He won all around.

This is what I'd prefer. One of us puts the money down, split monthly payments. It would be just like rent, but it's going towards the other's equity. Both assuming it'll be both people's equity

and I still wear a mask whenever I go into anywhere.

I am following all guidelines. Let me know when I'm not.
