I’d be jumping through hoops if that were the case. I’m saying the same thing from the beginning. And noted: you don’t have a single salient, relevant argument against it.

there's no need for an argument since you are being stubborn. If you follow the recruitment, Arch is big on enjoying the college experience. His family wants him to take a redshirt season. He's not going to be a kitten and worry about the QB room, look at the other schools he's also interested in.. they too have 5 star QBs on campus.

The guy has visited many schools already, yet UT is the only one which he actually put on the uniform for pictures and whatnot.

I'll be there, sweating out all the mexican martinis i drank from the night before at Trudys

The official schedule still doesn’t show game time. FOX hasn’t announced game time.

Trudy’s by campus is temp closed.

Had a lot of memories at the old location off South Lamar.. but the one off stassney isn't bad. Hate the one up North.

Klatt confirmed it would be a Noon kickoff :(

Currently, we’re deciding between going or selling.
On the one hand, it’s Bama.
But on the other, Texas Heat, we can make tons of $$, and I don’t think it’s going to live up to games past such as lsu, ND, or tOSU.

yeah told my friend to wait, because people will sell those tickets as soon as the futurecast weather shows it's in the high 90s again
 
WTF? No self-respecting UT fan will miss the Texas/Alabama game if they don't have a seriously valid excuse. It's Alabama for Gawd's sake. I can't imagine skipping any OU/Bama game just because the weather was hot as blazes or really cold or we might get our dimpled ass whipped. Sometimes people talk big but when it comes down to backing up their team it's suddenly all about making some $$ on their tickets or staying inside so their soft little hands can click the remote and watch the game in perfect comfort. Maybe some Texas fans need to stop complaining about the team's "soft culture" if they aren't tough enough themselves. Go get into Darrell K. Royal stadium and show the SEC what they have to look forward to when OU and UT join the party.

i don't think you realize the amount of blue hairs that have firm grips on season tickets

Everyone makes fun of the Longhorn South EndZone being empty.. but it's because those seats are luxury seats where the people who pay for those seats are inside in the AC eating from the buffet line and sipping on margaritas. Die hard fans will be there and it will be full, but there will be a lot of tickets on the 2nd hand market from those that can't stomach the heat in September
