Well we were all fine until our company got bought into a larger one (nothing had changed until them wanting to migrate to their email system). Mine actually went fine but is seems like half of everyone else's computers are on fire and I know one co-worker in particular who is PISSED about her email history possibly being wiped.

I remember having lutefisk a few times but it seemed to get phased out as I got a little older. Always had pickled herring, meatballs and lingonberry preserves though. And the thin little pancakes.... which I think are technically Norwegian?

Yea we did a lot of that. Lutefisk, pickled herring, pickled pigs feet. My dad liked all that stuff. Swedish potato bologna was another thing had a lot that was good.
My dad still makes Swedish pancakes when we are together
