Certainly didn’t expect positive regulation this soon.
I only know about the ban on mining, which utterly failed. It only went up in China. What exactly did China do vis-a-vie Bitcoin? Did they ban it all together? Did they just ban mining? Do we know why? What impact has this action by China had with Bitcoin?
Because your definition of regulation is very different from the Senator’s. You find comfort and safety in having something controlled by thousands of Federal Reserve politicians/Economics PhD’s.Yet you mocked me when I called for regulation. Now you embrace it.
“prospectuses”Now there has to be regulations mandating security on the exchanges and trading platforms, along with mandated reserves protecting traders/investors. AND disclosure by crypto exchanges of their financial stability, ownership, inside trading by principals, governance, risks and recourse. Annual reports, interim reports & prospectuses? I'll be damned.
Sound familiar? Exchanges are or will become the new banking systems/investment trading exchanges.
“prospectuses”
You really need to learn about Bitcoin and stop pretending you understand crypto. You’re wasting your time.
Okay, agreed. Hold their hands to the fire. They're nothing but shitcoin casinos trading against their customers and fractional reserve bankers using your assets against you!You keep twisting my posts to say something I was not saying. Prospectuses for the exchanges. Bitcoin is an asset, part of a businsess but the businesses supporting transfer, deposits, investments, aggregation, and allocations for bitcoin should be required to have prospectus type disclosure documentation.
You sure it's not called The Bitcoin Manifesto?Okay, agreed. Hold their hands to the fire. They're nothing but shitcoin casinos trading against their customers and fractional reserve bankers using your assets against you!
Bitcoin dominance is at 64% and climbing daily. If the SEC actually does a fair job of regulating this shit, it's going to go to 80% overnight. The Ethereum 2.0 "merge" ("decentralized") is turning into a debacle on the testnet.
The contrast between Bitcoins 'n shitcoins is becoming clearer dailty.
Everyone who wants a free copy of The Bitcoin Standard, send me a PM and I think I can just attach the .pdf in a response.
Not sure what you mean. Did you read it and that's what you think about it?You sure it's not called The Bitcoin Manifesto?
