Still 6' @ 174 lbs. Lithe and lethal. At my weightiest some 28 years ago, I was at 245. Was getting lose to @huskers1217 tonnage.

Thats pretty lean. I havent been 175 since high school, like 10th grade. I should be about 190 to 195. Currently 223, so reasonably over weight. I am a couple inches taller.

Not a vegetarian by any means, but I eat and integrate a lot more leafy green veggies and more "good oil" fish, like sardines, salmon and tuna. I also like red kidney beans and some lentils. Cut down on really fatty meats like bacon, pork and eggs. Avoid sugary drinks and sugar in general. Little to no fried foods. Lots of garlic and ginger in seasonings.

Just used door dash for delivery for the first time.

Then she wanted to order food but it was before she gave me the signal that there was going to be access. Food? At those prices? No end game in sight. Fuck that shit. I went to the men's room and set the alarm on my cell phone. Just as she was going to signal the waitress over, my alarm went off and I told her I had an important business meeting. Hey, I paid for the drinks, assholes. Then I left. No further investment unless it leads to the honey hole.

I have to really, really not want to go anywhere to use any of those services anymore. Every once in awhile I get a coupon that will get the price down to about the same as picking it up, so I will use it then. Otherwise, I'm just going to go pick it up.
