British Columbia rocks. Its twice as large as California great scenery and open country, modern cities, and Canadians drive on the right side of the road and speak English. Haven't been since before the covid, and it just recently opened back up. But there's a catch. I'm vaxxed and boosted and I can get into California, but I can't re-enteer the USA unless I present a negative expensive ass covid test. If I was flying into the US, a test is not required, but I'll be driving. So I'll have to wait until the test requirement for drivers re-entering is waived by the CDC.

Only place in Canada I’ve ever been is Windsor. No real interest in going back though.

The Rosebud and Pine Ridge Sioux reservations in SD were nicer than Nebraska and Councill Bluffs is superior to Omaha
