USC and UCLA planning to leave for B10 by 2024!

Sit at home and watch...if you have power
i have a generac ...and power doesn't go out here unless it's hurricane season

How dare you tell someone who doesn't live in your area that they don't know as much as you do about the weather in your area. lol
I live 15 minutes from Ann Arbor and have lived in this general area for essentially my entire life. I do appreciate the guy who lives 200 miles away on the Indiana/Michigan border explaining to me the weather where I live.

Next i'm going to ask him for some restaurant suggestions.

Again, on average, it doesn't get that cold here in mid November. Chances are when the rare case the temp drops to 10 or 20 with winds at 10-20 at night will be rare. Sure it may happen, but what are the odds something that odd happens on the day/night they play that game, slim at best.
Are you slow? I literally said the average temp is around 40. Is it normal for the wind chill to put the temp at 0? No. Does it happen in November? Absolutely. I guarantee you -- if you live in Cali and "cold weather" is the 60's. If you show up to play and it is 30 and in the single digits with the wind chill -- it is going to feel like hell to those players.

You can't prepare for the cold when all you know is warm weather. It is why people in the south put on jackets and hoodies when it is 60-70 degrees. THAT is cold to them. And if it snows -- many kids will be seeing it for the first time in their life.

From the guy that broke Maryland to B1G news

I've been all over for work, but with my entire family and my wife's entire family living here -- I'm stuck. Once our parents pass on -- I will be looking to live in some warm weather. Will definitely not be in Cali though -- those people are bat shit crazy over there.

Maryland beating Texas is the best argument for the B1G winning expansion.

That'd be a solid 2 teams to add. Will make for some interesting conference games and it'd be really interesting to see what happens with those left on the outside looking in

He brings up some interesting takes.

yeah I think it's time for ND to finally come home.. The additions of them trump the LA schools.. ND is a fucking BRAND.

also, with this.. I think Stanford gets an invite, but not so sure they accept it.. they don't care about football enough. They love their olympic sports which is a great thing tbh.

You aren’t kidding!

Bring in 6 PAC teams and ND. 3 7 team divisions 2 rounds of conference playoffs with 3 Champs and a wild card. 10 game schedule 6-2-2. 2 OOC with emphasis on playing G5 teams. Share the wealth with lower division. Double their payouts.

In the Big 12 it’s Oklahoma and no one else.
In the B1G it’s been Ohio State or no one.
In the ACC it’s been all Clemson and not a close second.
In the PAC it’s been no one.

In the SEC since 2010 4 different national champions. You can ignore that all you want but it’s the truth if you want to admit it or not.
Does it suck riding the coattails of your rival to try and pump up your conference?

I will help you out. College Football right now is Bama, Georgia, Ohio State, Clemson...............then everyone else. Could a team buy a QB and win a title? Sure. Auburn did. Could a backup fall into a school's lap and he turn out to be amazing? Sure. LSU had it happen. Could you have a team play in a weaker conference and go to the CFP a bunch? Sure. Oklahoma went 3 or 4 times.

In the end though -- It is Georgia, Bama, OSU and Clemson (Clemson may not be there for long if they don't adjust to the current landscape of CFP with the transfer portal and NIL though)..............................a big drop off and everyone else. You have fan bases who are delusional and think they are right there. Hell, Michigan has fans who think they are right there. The talent gap is so big it is laughable and with the CFP -- it isn't win one game and you are the champ -- you have to win 2. Bama has won it 3 times. Clemson has won it 2 times. Ohio State has won it 1 time. Georgia has won it 1 time. The outlier is Joe Burrow and LSU.

So if it makes you feel better to go back 12 years to feel relevant in the SEC conversation, feel free. But I guarantee you -- no one is saying, man, I hope we don't have to play Auburn this year and when people talk about the SEC as the best conference, no one is using Auburn as an example of why.

The B1G doesn't playfootball in the winter. Mid-fall.
I have frozen my ass off sitting in the stands in Lincoln in November. All you B1G apologists who are claiming it's not cold as hell in that part of the country in November are full of it. The killer is the wind. If it's 39 degrees with a 20 mph wind what's the wind chill? I'll figure it for you. It's 29 degrees. And you think someone used to 60 degree weather from California won't be affected? Yeah....you hold on to that thought.
