ACC and PAC are Discussing a Partnership

The PAC teams realistically wanting in the B1G should hope this is true. Sure the B1G can wait on ND, but if the SEC grabs these 4 (particularly UNC and UVA) the B1G would almost have to take (atleast) 1 more PAC team if they expand to 20 or more. There’s maybe 3 other ACC teams the B1G would realistically take IMO.

Nah, this guy outbullshits OD.

Oregon embarrassed Wisconsin? All-time series is tied 3-3 with Oregon's largest MOV is 7 points.

Oregon thinks football was invented 15 years ago. That's why no one takes them seriously.

1-1 and the one in Nebraska was due to us shooting ourselves in the foot with going for 2. Also that was the worst Oregon team in over 10 years.

Well shit, just look at that excuse making...Oregon may end up in the SEC after all.

lol

Where are you getting this from?
that's been a rumor for a few days.. Theory is if SC wanted to, they would have talked to the Big about grabbing them prior to the announcement.. but with everyone being in the dark, tends to feel like they did not want them

Good Lawd, that sounds like some of the Oklahoma/Lincoln Riley rumors.

The B1G wanted USC for 2 reasons...they wanted the LA market and USC is the only blue blood program in the West. Regular games between USC and tOSU, Michigan, Penn St. and Wisky will be huge for ratings...UCLA also brings the LA market and will raise the B1Gs basketball profile a bit.

No one else in the conference or even west of Texas, has that.

Huge for ratings..I'm sure USC/Alabama a couple years ago was supposed to be huge for ratings and everyone turned off their TV's by halftime. The USC on field product is subpar and has been the last 15 years.

And yet....everyone wants USC and no one wants Oregon. Sorry, it's what happens when you're a stepping stone.

Oregon is like the girl who says she's not going to the prom because her boyfriend that no one has met because ''he goes to another school'' couldn't get the night off from his job. But everyone knows it's because she wasn't asked.

Frustrated World Cup GIF

Oregon and Washington should look to get some of the other PAC schools and merge with the Big 12.

this is my thinking

plus the Arizona's

and that would be a conference i'd watch

Agree. With OU, Jexas and USC gone, it's a great opportunity for Oregon, Washington, Okie lite and Baylor to get a lot of attention. They wouldn't be SEC/B1G level, but they'd be good. If ASU could get their shit together and Whittingham stays at Utah forever, that would help as well.

I'd definitely watch that conference.

But, how long will they be any good once the revenue drops off the cliff?

The smugness in this post is classic USC.
