Took a dozen shots. Only visible on a couple of shots where I used the highest camera resolution on my Pixel 3a. If you blow this up, you can see the distortion effect from that vehicle. It blinked on and off moved in an arc, then disappeared.

So you have a pixel 6 pro but opted for the 3a??? Isn't that like 12mp vs well the 6 and 6pro both have a 50mp rear facing, but the pro has a telephoto lens with a full half inch sensor at 48mp and 3.5 aperture
