it is hot.. was in Austin the other day.. it was like 106 degrees and it was humid too.. i may die in the stands come september too :(

The most miserable I ever was at an OU football game was the day I had to sit in the north stands with some friends from out of town and it was over 100 degrees that day with no wind. No wind in Oklahoma? Yeah, no wind.......and there I was sitting in the sun instead of over in the shade where my regular seat are located. I was sunburned to hell and gone, dehydrated and bored to tears because we were playing a cupcake. I've nearly frozen to death in Lincoln a couple of times and that was better than cooking.

Wichita Falls is the hottest damn place I've been. That Red River Valley is miserable this time of year.

There's a reason they named this bicycle race what they did and host it there.

Just finished up, been putting the roof on my workshop off and on since Saturday. So hot that my earplugs melted yesterday...while in my ear. I went to pull the string out and the ear plug stayed, then same on the other side. Freaking miserable up there, much respect to the roofers in Texas.

It’s in the mid to low nineties, even high eighties all over SEC country today except CS: 108° high today. #texasheat

It’s only gonna be 107° in Austin today. Those agrarians just east of here got us beat by one degree today.
