Uh, he can’t leave for two more years.
Forced to trade in 2024, maybe.
160 OPS+Hitting only 247 on the season.
They have two years and a couple weeks to make a deal, with him or another team.2024 he walks. The Nats can get stuff now
Lol. They are getting way more than a decent minor leaguer if the Nats trade SotoThey could get a decent minor league player for him.
His batting average is only 247 and his other numbers are not that great.Lol. They are getting way more than a decent minor leaguer if the Nats trade Soto
Your number aren’t that great. His batting average is only 247 and his other numbers are not that great.

Yea his average is low this year but look at his career as a whole and was over .300 last 2 years and .292 overall. Carrier OBP over .400. He will command multiple top 100 prospects. His batting average is only 247 and his other numbers are not that great.
Anyone that is desperate enough to give up that many quality prospects for an under performer deserves what they get. What he did in the past should have little bearing on how much value the Nats get.Yea his average is low this year but look at his career as a whole and was over .300 last 2 years and .292 overall. The limits you stretch retardation to is impressive.Anyone that is desperate enough to give up that many quality prospects for an under performer deserves what they get. What he did in the past should have little bearing on how much value the Nats get.
19 homers, and OBP over over .400 and a 160 OPS+.The limits you stretch retardation to is impressive.
So in your opinion its more important how a guy performs in the past than what he is doing now. Christian Yelich had two great seasons in Milwaukee and then regressed to mediocre when he signed that huge contract. I prefer trading for a guy that is playing at an elite level. The limits you stretch retardation to is impressive.
