I had a slight panic this morning, but then remembered that I timed myself on Friday to see how long it really took and if I was lying about the 20 minutes it takes me. I was.

It took 11 minutes. Eleven more minutes that I had to delay my first drink of the night!

It can be in an issue. When I lived in Pasadena, it would have been no big deal because the streets are really wide. Ironically, Pasadena doesn’t allow street parking. Where I live now, the streets are really narrow. If people are parked on each side of the street, you can just barely make it between them. Every house in my part of the neighborhood has a three car garage plus a driveway. No reason to clutter the street.

We have No parking signs on one side because you can't fucking drive through if you park on both sides.

Of course the dummies park on both sides routinely.
 
Can't wait until winter until the poors get to experience winter in a private residence for a second time and they shovel their driveway into the middle of the street again.

Tonight, yes.

During the pandemic they stopped the 4 days a week street cleaning, only had to move once or twice a week. That was like heaven. New mayor dood is all "we need clean streets!" so everyone moves their cars and then the sweepers never come.

Listen karen. I don't want tell you how to do your job but call a tow truck and move that shit if the sign says no parking. Otherwise get a skinnier car. Bonus is your new neighbors won't ever talk to you if tow their car without asking them to move it first.

Both people who have recently bought on the block don't use their garage and have more cars than can fit in their driveway, so they park on the street.

When we moved in, this place was nice looking. There were maybe 1-2 cars a night on the entire street. Now it's completely chalk full of shitty 90s beaters parked in the street. It's disgusting.
