On further posting like above I do find some common ground. These are some questions I had as well.
Especially Daemon and Laena…. That was just thrown at us. And what happens to his whore consort?
The kids with no dragons I just kind of accepted. This is the first I can remember from tv shows saying not all eggs hatch. I definitely feel I picked up on Aemon with no dragon and bullied. He’s going to be somebody.
Daemon and Laena traveling around….it just made sense that Daemon isn’t left with much to do but travel around aimlessly after the events 10 years ago.
Gay husband couldn’t do the deed. But, while we are here….the level of foreboding at the children being fathered by Breakbones just doesn’t make sense. Like, that should have been enough to just make it where that didn’t happen. They had to all know they couldn’t just run against that current forever. That was a big illogical part for me.
The Queen undoubtably has the kings ear. Not enough to convince him to see what’s right in front of him. But if Rhaenyra just goes all “fuck off” on the queen than she could possibly gain the kings ear, get Rhaenyra off the succession…..and possibly worse with the truth of the boys.
Alicent Hightower is not the sweet girl she was at first. She learned to be just as cut throat as her father. And by now she has had 10 years at it. She’s a vet.
