tOfficial PAC-12 Thread

The worst of the B1G is better than Colorado, probably Stanford, and probably ASU.

ASU just lost at home to EASTERN MICHIGAN.

Northwestern lost to Miami OH and Southern Illinois at home. And Nebraska lost to them. The bottom of the Big Ten is just as bad

judging the worst of any conference against the worst of the others is kind of a moot point until the end when we actually know who is the bottom. we all point at Kansas and Duke and Vandy and Colorado and Northwestern and such in most years.
but then stuff happens where Colorado won the south in 2016. Northwestern wins the west in 18 gets last in 19 and wins it again in 20?
Duke and Kansas just had a 4-0 vs 4-0 game. is vandy probably last in the SEC more often than they arent. and other times they are like second to last. but on occasion they have even finished ranked.
who was last year isnt always gonna be last this year.

Our sucky ass sucks aren't as bad as your sucky teams!

Riveting conversation lol

Big 12 is the only league that is strong at the bottom right now. SEC to extent besides Vandy

NW is the 2nd worse P5 team behind Colorado. Colorado I think is still a bit worse. They are both awful though.

The next tier of bad after that is Arizona State, Nebraska & Georgia Tech (Boston College is trying really hard to join this group)

You won't get an argument from me about CU. I said they might go winless in the off season and it's looking possible. Lots of bad teams in the next tier of bad. ASU, NU, GT, BC, RU, Vandy

Big 12 is the only conference that doesn't have a bad team IMO

Yes but the Big 12 doesn't have a particularly great team either.

Oregon & USC are probably better than anyone in the Big 12 currently.

This is why I find conference comparisons to be lame.

The Big 12 may be the best conference top to bottom, but can you really say they are the best conference if the top of the conference isn't as good as the top of other conferences?

Exactly.

Yea nobody in the Big 12 is particularly horrible but you've got nothing but a bunch of average-above average teams otherwise.

The PAC is the best conference in both football and basketball, with the best and more watched network out of all the P5.

/thread.

It's still hilarious how bad they screwed the pooch with the Pac 12 network. A network that almost nobody can seem to actually watch

No kidding. It was a tenure that was set the conference back decades.

Hell, I think I pay some $35 extra a month for it be to added to my package. Annoying AF and shitty broadcasting at that.

I live in fucking California, i've yet to see the Pac 12 network even at a sports bar in my area.

I have to go find some hacky stream online if theres a particular game on there I want to check out

Ha - just shoot me a PM, I can set up one for you if there is a game you want to watch.

Yep, they decided that rather than partner with ESPN or FOX, they would be a standalone. That decision wasn't all that bad and could have been very good for them, except they decided to overcharge for it and only got picked up by a couple of carriers.

I have DISH and I get the PAC Network, but only for my area. If I wanted to watch a game between, for example, a couple of PAC North teams, I would have to pay extra to get that PAC Network channel.

They also consistently put games that could draw more attention to the conference on the network instead of having it on ESPN or FOX. This past Saturdays USC/Oregon St. game being the most recent example.

lol

So according to Oregon's OC, Lebron James is to blame for college football "superteams".

This, Ducks fans, is another reason your program doesn't get taken seriously.

i will put all my money on Minn being better than Colorado. I will bet all my assets they are like 49-7 better
I guess I should rephrase that. The whole of the conference, not the APEX and bottom feeder.

Can someone explain why Colorado can always be bad except 1 season. They are essentially Washington

Imo, they need a coach like Whittingham at Utah.

A coach who can take a bunch of 3 star level kids and develop them while also having the patience to stick with them long enough to let them develop. From a player development perspective, he's not just the best in the PAC, he's one of the best in the country, imo.

Dude even looks more like a football coach than just about any other coach in the country. lol

I'd say it's a toss up for best coach in the country at player development with Stoops at Kentucky, same thing and style as Kyle.

Impressive for both programs.

Wazzu and Cal look likes like a boring affair.

14-3 Cougs late in the 3rd.
