GAME #15 Washington (4-0) @ UCLA (4-0) 10:30 pm (ET) ESPN

Must have been one you couldn’t get to link… looks like it’s one dude’s made up criteria. Any idiot can make a claim. Here you are, for example.
No the one not posting is a bleacher report.

Just google "top college football programs since 2000"

Then what happened? Washington has the least embarrassing playoff loss. You’re all about hyping losses.
Your thrubbing from Alabama about put me to sleep. That was so boring and conservative. Peterson knew he had no shot and so he played that game so conservatively as to try and keep the score close.

Thank you. Exactly my original point. USC has let this conference down, but their mentality is 'poor us' and 'oh we are stuck in this lowly conference and this is why we had to leave it because of the other 10 schools.' F off. You guys didn't do jack shit since Petey bailed
I think the issues USC fans have, is that with the media have control over rankings, is why are the premier PAC games being played on the PAC network, a channel few in the country have access to? Put that shit on ESPN/ABC or even FOX, and let the country watch PAC 12 football.

I would think the argument is shared with everyone in the PAC.

Dude Oregon lost their heisman front runner. That game vs Arizona you list is the game he got hurt and obviously that is going to cause some issues when you lose your QB in the middle of the game.

Ohio State lost their QB who had 45 total TDs and nearly 1000 yards rushing as well. Still managed to win the Big 10 title game, a CFP semi final vs fucking Alabama and run over Oregon in the National Title Game.

Like I said, excuses excuses

I was actually at this game, and was surprised by two things.

How well Washington played and how many fans they brought to Atlanta.

With a THRID STRING QB, nonetheless.

How much does it suck that in 22 years of oregons most consistent success UW had their worst decade ever and still managed to be as nationally relevant in that span?

That really must cut deep.

Fact is, if USC would have stayed relevant and competitive on the football field, we wouldnt be in this predicament. Imagine a conference with Oregon, Utah and USC consistently playing at a high level. Add in UCLA and uw and suddenly we have a very solid overall conference. But the last 14 years it has been Oregon and newcomer Utah trying to carry the load.

Then USC/UCLA just up and leave waving the finger at everyone and somehow play themselves as the victim?????

Utah has only been good the last 3-4 years.

Exactly. Hasn't been helpful. Utah is trying to build their program since stepping up from mid major to the PAC. They've done a decent job but are still building their program and brand. It takes time. It's basically been Oregon for the last 14 years but recently Utah is helping out.

And How TF neither Arizona school has ever figured out how to be good in football is beyond me. Like WTF, you're in incredible weather, great location, great campuses, wake up and help out

Seriously the Arizona's may be the most disappointing football programs of all time. North Carolina could make a case, but they also have to compete with numerous other D1 programs nearby. Arizona and Arizona State. Forever it has been mind boggling how neither have woken up and become consistently relevant.

Of course they are. Our previous Commish was an absolute fool and killed the conference.

Even if they had been great, he would have put USC and UCLA games on at 7pm local, which is 10pm EST (aka too fucking late), and no one would watch and therefore no one would be able to understand how good the teams are.

It's not USC you should blame, is our previous Commish that ruined the PAC.

We carry your ass in basketball so zip it.

I will say the fact that ASU sucks is beyond me. They appear to have everything in place, including local recruits, but they just can't get their shit together in any sport.

If USC was winning games in those 10pm slots, they'd still be getting ranked highly and eventually would be on primetime games as they play in either major bowls or in their non-conference games. A strong USC team was good for the conference. The fact USC disappeared from the football landscape hurt everyone.

No fucking way.

Up until last year, I'd argue Georgia is the most disappointing team in college sports. The amount of resources and talent in the state is unreal.

Now that goes to Texas and Texas A&M.

We've never been a major football contender, but ASU should be better. We are trying though.

I think Washington wins fairly easily. UCLA was very fortunate to beat South Alabama. They smashed Colorado last week but everyone will do that this year.
Both have dangerous offensive weapons and both have some question marks.

UW has 2 or 3 of their starting DB's out. The backups got beat a couple of times by Stanford, but also had some good plays. Just young and inconsistent. UW had 8 sacks and a bunch of hurries. If they can do that to UCLA you could be right.

On the other side, penix hasn't been sacked even once this year. He's good at bailing quick out of broken plays. He has a lot of 20+ yards plays, but also had a few balls that should have been picked off dropped. At least 3 that come to mind over the last two games.

The talk will be about the two QB's in this, but the line play on both sides is where we learn what both teams are. Neither has been serious challenged in either line unit.

If Penix stays healthy I like their chances, but not expecting a blowout.

IF the PAC stays together with USC/UCLA leaving it should help the Arizona's, especially ASU. ASU could take a lot of the west coast athletes and become the new LA. I'd rather live in Tempe than LA anyways. This next ASU hire could be interesting and is huge for the program with the exit of the LA schools.
