busted for stupidity. BooM

That's typically due to line play. Harbaugh may not be a good in-game coach, but he knows enough to have decent lines. They simply wear down weaker lines the later the game gets.

Michigan is a bit deceiving with their rankings being #5 (AP) and #4 (Coaches). Their Strength of Schedule to this point is 99th.

They're not winning games like they should.

^^ Mind you Nebraska beat Indiana by 14 pts. ^^

On the other hand Ohio St's Strength of Schedule is 18th, and they've been winning games like they should.

As I'd mentioned earlier, Ohio St is one of the most improved teams since week 1.

I do think the Hart situation may have affected their psych (at least in the first half), but I do think the sluggish first half came from some not so great planning. Michigan was playing way too soft in coverage in the 1st half and Indiana was able to move the ball on the short passes. The pass rush swallowed Balezak up in the second half.

Iowa's given up 27+ points only three times since the beginning of 2019. Michigan is responsible for two of those.

That's not to say that our resume has been impressive.

Indiana only put up 10 pts.

Are you saying the outcome was based on ball control by Indiana and them simply failing in the red zone? Indiana only had 222 yds of total offense to Michigan's 469.

Michigan won possession 37:53 to 22:07

It was tied 10-10 at half. Michigan scored 7 pts in the 3rd and 14 pts in the 4th.

That just screams Indiana lines wearing down late in the 3rd Q and into the 4th Q.

I say this because Nebraska's lines wore down against Northwestern and Georgia Southern late in the 3rd and into the 4th.
Nebraska and Indiana were tied 21-21 at half. Nebraska won the 4th Q against Indiana 14-0 as well.

we didn't this past weekend for sure

I'll give you that, but is it an achievement to beat a team that's now 0-3 in their last 3 outings?

Be thankful you don't have to play and beat Nebraska this season.

Records of teams since they've beaten Nebraska in 2022.

Northwestern: 0-5
Georgia Southern: 1-3
Oklahoma: 0-3
(1-11)

Teams that beat Nebraska end up with some kind of a nasty funk on them. LOL

If you beat Nebraska, the entire team and coaches need to immediately get penicillin shots when they get back to the bus. LOL

Which is funny, since you proclaimed Casey Thompson the truth..
He is. If he were still a Longhorn.
Ewers still really late on his reads, and you know it.
Luckily, that’s a fixable problem… unlike Ehl’s problems.
