My favorite is when you're walking in public and a pitbull is snarling and straining at his leash and the tatt'ed owner is telling you "it's okay, he's nice."

Any dog can screw you up. That said, when one breed tends to commit most of the crimes, then you'd be crazy to bring one in the house, especially with little children present.

My sister had her hand mauled. Never seemed aggressive before and she raised it from a pup along with a lab pup she had about the same time.
