HOA here has been pretty laid back. People block sidewalks and driveways with boats, RVs and visitors' cars. I hope we don't get a bunch of assholes managing the HOA if there's a turnover.

I'd agree about almost anything else, but one of the things I've always loved so much about Pee-pee (and if you tell him, I will deny it!!!) is what curmudgeonly prick he can be and at the same time he is perfectly comfortable acknowledging his love of and support for his wife.

Now, if he gets anywhere close to this effusive about anything else, I'm right there with you!!!
