I assume this is more for rotational depth, don't see him moving the needle. But the cost wasn't high and Quinn has been spot on in identifying the pieces he needs to make his defense work.
I think it's about improving the rush D. Cost was very cheap, as it's just moving back in the draft 6th to 7th round. As teams sit today that's moving back 16 spots
