Big East Basketball

Creighton breakdown that more in depth highlights my worries.

Think its still Novas conference to lose

Gtown ends a 21 game losing streak in OT vs Coppin State.

What a way to do it.

Inexperience and especially no size will limit this MU team. But boy are they gonna be fun to watch.

This year they will go as far as Oso/Omax/Kolek take them. Kam has the most offensive upside. But the other 3 impact the game in more ways that they are vital.

I am in love with the 3 freshman. Ross is a athletic freak with unlimited upside. Sean Jones would be a burger boy if he had 2 inches of height. Ben Gold looks like a legit versatile big man. All 3 need time to develop and Gold especially pack on some weight. But whether its at MU(never know with the portal these days) or somewhere else, im confident all 3 are very good college players.

Central Michigan sucked ass though, lets not get it twisted. Radford however, maybe a decent squad. Nearly beat ND right to the wire. MU fans were tilted when our 21 pt lead fell to 10 late.

Losing at Temple is not too bad. It just didn't look like typical Villanova basketball, not moving the ball a lot of iso. It's gonna be different without Wright.

Yeah still too early to know forsure. But you could definitely see the loss of Jay in that game the other night.

Hopefully Neptune makes it work though. Better for the league to have a consistently strong Nova.

Nova was pretty dogshit against Delaware State.

Shot 37% from the field and DSU shot 44%.

Nova basketball was the only thing that city had going for it

Fuck. Competed on the road right off the bat.

But scored like 2 pts the final 8 minutes.

Sheeeeeeesh

It's still the heroin capitol of the world.

Poor Georgetown what a mess there.

Had a 10 point halftime lead against Loyola Marymount and ended up losing 84-66 Outscored 52-24 in the 2nd half.

probably shouldn't have fired JT3. and if you do make that decision then you sure as hell don't hire Patrick Ewing.

They were in pretty sharp decline at the end of JT3, firing him was probably the right call, problem is yea they made about the worst hire possible and further buried themselves.

good game between Xavier/Indiana

can't wait to watch the rematch in the NIT

Miller sucks as a coach. Wasted the last timeout and then let that slow kid take the last shot driving to the basket no less.

But I'm sure he'll waste no time bringing in bigger recruits.

Big East-Big 12 battle looks like a massacre on paper. This could be a rough year for the Big East.

Marquette might not break 25 today. Miss State has too many big and long bodies and our shitty inexperienced offense has no chance.

If MSU didnt blow ass offensively it would already be a 25 pt lead.

I’m not convinced the Big 12 is as good “top to bottom” as they were last year. Still have some good teams but not as deep. But it is early and I may be all wet.

The matchups are bad for the Big East and not too many teams look great. Though they will improve by the end of the year.

St Johns really uses Curbelo well. He was a lost soul at Illinois.
