With the technology now, they freeze it right when the touch is made and that line gets drawn as to where the last defender is.

They typically get these right.
And fast.

I have no idea how the AR gets these right with the human eye.
 
With Iran down, you won't see too much time wasting.
Just from the USA.

That being said, if it's still 1-0, I expect to see 15' added on.....
