Williams has that Manziel elusiveness to him. I watched Manziel absolutely torment Kirby and Bama 2 straight years off of broken play bullshit.

Now unlike Manziel, Williams doesn’t have a Mike Evans to just heave it up to sometimes.

The top defenses he has faced this year are Oregon State and Washington State.

He went 15 for 29 for 188 against Washington State. He went 16 for 36 for 180 against Oregon State.
