it doesnt make sense, but it helped me lose weight going from coffee to redbull. i cant, cant, do black coffee. cutting out the sugar and cream of that and going to redbull, made a bid difference. my dr kind of laughed and agreed. i dont really drink soda, so this is my "soda allotment".
