You mean again? He was fired for not being good in CFB and played that into an NFL HC job. I was hoping A&M would bring him back as the OC.

Not really a way to be. His dead cap is $97m next year. AZ is stuck with him through 2024 unless someone will trade for him. That's not gonna happen.

Bowles will be fine. They made the playoffs, and if they beat the Cowboys and play competitively in the divisional round, he'll be OK.

Kingsbury signed an extension through 2027! That's a lot of money to piss away.

Rivera went 8-8-1 with Wentz and Heineke lol. Not terrible. Redskins have so much Schneider problems Rivera may survive.

Bowles is going to go as TB12 goes. If TB leaves that team is dogshit and won't land the big FA's they need to keep winning. In that case Bowles would be smart to get out unless they money whip him.

Rivera shitting the bed in week 17 by starting Wentz and not realizing that they could be eliminated from playoffs with a loss proves he's incompetent.

Yup, that was the nail IMO. Having to be told by the press that they were eliminated with that loss was a killer. Winning yesterday against Dallas is just going to increase the questions about his ability to win.

Just read a stat that floored me, I thought he was better than this. Rivera now has been a head coach in the NFL for 12 seasons. He has a winning record in exactly 3 of them. OUCH.
 
I don't think Bowles will be fired this season, no matter what happens in the playoff game.

Also don't see Tampa losing to Dallas. Brady has never lost to the Cowboys, and they haven't won a road playoff game since Troy Aikman was the QB

Don't know if Wilks is going to be made permanent in Carolina, I guess that would count as a firing if he's not?

I want that career. He has to have made over 50 mil in career earnings (lowball estimate) and hasn't squat to earn it.

He's going for MLB numbers there. I tell my team all the time that in baseball if you fail just 70% of the time at the plate you will go to the HOF.
 
I would give Dan Campbell coach of the year for the turnaround he did with the Lions the second half. I thought they were going to be at the bottom after a couple of games and they ended up with a winning record.
