What’s the point of non alcoholic beer?

I'll drink a girl's drink on occasion but try to stay away from the really fruity ones. Way too much added sugar to what is already a sugary spirit. I do like a gin tonic, a martini, and a Manhattan though.

On the other hand, have you ever tried beef bacon? This may be blasphemous to say, but it might actually be better than real bacon:

They use the same process but just use the beef belly rather than pork belly.

On occasion is fine. Margarita at a Mexican restaurant, or a Makers and Coke for brunch or something

As a guy that isn’t a huge fan of bacon in general(other than hog jowl), I’d give that a try

That’s about the same strength of the stuff that came out when my moonshine guy ran a bunch of Colt 45 through his still. Had a good taste to it, but super weak

@Illustrious Potentate Perhaps a name change to "Illustrious Degenerate" is in order?

I don't drink N/A beer, never will. But it's a lifesaver for recovering alcoholics, for troops in deployed areas that are dry, and a myriad of other folks. It has a place. And just like anything else, it's a personal taste type of thing and for me it gets officially filed into the "not my life, not my taste, not my business" bin. That you have such a problem with it is...weird.

Also, the taste must not be TOO dissimilar, because many a prank has been successfully carried out on unsuspecting would-be drunks, and the results are often spectacular, as the one being pranked begins to act more and more drunk despite not consuming a drop of actual alcohol.

Haha, yeah, I read up on that. There is actually some evidence that NA beer can in fact make you feel buzzed, because it does similar things to your stomach and blood, then your brain takes over and fills in the blanks.

With hilarious consequences

He means most practicing Muslims and Jews. Turkey bacon is great for those who don’t eat pork.
