When I played little league and pitched I caught my own pop ups. These guys these days are pussies

I teach my infielders to call off the pitcher because he is usually back peddling and they are moving forward and have a better play on the ball.
 
So like, is Tomlin starting tomorrow?

It’s probably the best play. This was 25 years ago when I played...back when the coaches could enjoy a beer in the dugout and smoke a heater at 3rd base coaching

Hasn't been announced. Theoretically, Fried could go on 3 days rest, but I'd rather have him at full rest.

Kyle Wright only threw 20 something pitches yesterday, so he could probably go a few innings.

Use Charlie as an opener.

Oh, I hear ya. When I was playing at that age there weren’t but 2 or 3 guys that you trusted to make that play and one was the pitcher and another was usually shortstop.

I'm assuming they're expecting multiple innings from him tomorrow. May pitched some in game 1 and is generally a 5 inning pitcher on full rest.

Yeah. I coached my nephews little league bout 10 years ago, I didn’t have the patience.We put the shitty kids in the OF and all they do is pick flowers and don’t pay attention.
