My thoughts:
I think Fox will pick Buffalo at Wisconsin in week 1 for the FS1 7:00 game, instead of NW/Rutgers. Of note WVU/PSU has already been announced. The #2 and #3 selections make sense to me.
Week 2 is brutal for CBS and NBC. All the notable B1G games that week are with the B1G team being on the road. Luckily for Fox, they'll probably take Neb/Colorado as noted above, so that should still produce a good number.
For week 3, I think Fox takes Washington/MSU with their selection, making they Big Noon kickoff and thus Illinois vs. PSU is the NBC primetime game that week. I think Fox will take WKU/Ohio State instead of Syracuse/Purdue.
Will be interesting to see how it shakes out.
