What if things don't work out

The next realignment move is gonna wind up looking a little like this:

Super Duper Megabucks conference

Alabama
Ohio State
LSU
Michigan
Notre Dame
USC
Auburn
Tennessee
Penn State
Florida
Texas
OU
Florida State
Clemson

Maybe another two (Nebraska? A&M?)

And the rest will be relegated to tier 2 status and will fight for survival similar to how we are seeing the AAC/Big12/PAC ect. Doing now.

There will be no “going back” imho.

Tinuhsee gets in there how?

Yea they’ll be in it too, forgot them initially but the point was, big brands/bucks are gonna pull away from the smaller guys.
They’ll be… 16-18 schools in there when it’s all said n done.

Not sayin I’m crazy about it, just where it’s going.

Tennessee is Americas team so they are a no brainer.

We’re terribly sorry, sir. Collegiate sports teams are automatically disqualified from any and all consideration whatsoever as ‘the good guys’, ‘America’s team’, ‘God’s team’, etc. if they’re a member of the SEC.

We apologize for any inconvenience. Have a wonderful day.

Saw a post on twitter asking what if LA schools decide they dont like the travel anymore. What if OK and TX cant hang the way they though in the SEC?
Could they go back? what if the 4 joined together and invited some Pac and Big XII to join a new 16 team conference. who is in? what happens to the rest of the teams and if they combined or realigned would there be a good conference?

my opinion
New conference
USC, UCLA, OK, TX, UW, OR, Stanford, Cal, AZ, AZST, Utah, OKST, Kansas, KSt, TCU, Baylor

Left overs go 2 ways
WSU, ORSt, Colorado, BYU, TT, Iowa State, Houston, WVU, Cinci, UCF and add SDSU, Memphis, Boise, UTSA
If my aunt had nuts she would be my uncle

I guess someone has to pick up the homerism where @Volbound1700 left off.
11 wins playing National champ Georgia, SEC west champ LSU, Alabama, Orange Bowl champions over ACC champ Clemson, (we tried to schedule the ‘72 Dolphins too but they backed out), recruiting going swimmingly…so, yea, it’s time to embrace reality my man, they who must not be named is back.

You obviously have no clue. Since the start of the Big 12 OU has more conference titles than the rest of the league combined.
To be fair i meant lately and oklahoma despite a down year is the exception out of all 4.

1 good year doesnt make a team back lots of teams tried selling that notion. Tenn is back when they do it again and again and maybe win the division

Yea a little early to call Tennessee "back"

We will see.

Remember when Cryami thought they were BACK!!! after 2017 when they got the #2 and then lost their final 3 games. They fell right back into 6-8 win mediocrity after.
