Hey, bitch! I started taking notes!


Now I have random post its, binder papers, slips of copy paper and eleventy different notebooks with scribbles on them. Often no titles (on recipes) so I have a specious grasp on what the end product wis supposed to be :laugh:

Yes! Fuck! That was the original method, but that was a month ago, and apparently in one ear and out the other. Maybe he thinks I'm a different client? It's too fucking late now. I have seen my fair share for shady fucking contractors. From their side, the good contractors always seem to get the asshole clients that try to run them out of business. Main reason I never wanted to be a contractor myself.

Oh man...this fuckin guy, I'm tellin ya brov...shady af. Corner cutting cunt. Dude didn't vent the new bathroom. 660 sq ft crawl space...no vents. Countless fucking shit, that I would have to repeatedly call him on. It's up there as one of my worst experiences. A year, to add 660 sq ft and a single garage. That he didn't finish. Ima hafta paint the second coat and caulk the outside 660 myself. Lotsa fucking landscaping that ima hafta fix.

Did I tell ya the blacktop they added in front of the new garage sunk a foot and was pulling away from the garage cement? And that he didn't know which asphalt company did it? One company claims they did it, but their date doesn't match up. He supposedly paid another company, who ended up giving him the money back cuz they didn't want their name dragged. Neither company will fix it for free because HE did the grading and compaction himself. It sat for almost 2 months before the actual asphalt was laid.

It's just been a total shitshow, every fucking step of the way. Literally not one phase went smoothly.

I have absolute shit luck with contractors. Put an addition on my Pasadena house, absolute shitshow. Renovated the kitchen in the Pasadena house with a different contractor, shitshow. Had an outdoor fireplace and pergola added to my backyard in my current house, shitshow. Had a fence installed this month, shitshow. I have gone with contractors who were referred by friends, I have gone with those who got good reviews online…same results.
