TOP 25... Overrated & Underrated

My point is Brady had about zero relationship with the University, . until Harbaugh finally got him to come in back in 2016. There was little to no love there. Until they could claim him as the GOAT.
So you wanted him to show up during Rich Rod or Hoke? Fans didn't even want to show up during Rich Rod or Hoke. It was only 16 years since he graduated.

Michigan was playing Henson part of the time to try and prevent him from switching to baseball. It had really nothing to do with Brady.

Only 16 years lmao. Comedy.
So all of OSU's players regularly come back to campus, especially ones actively engaged in NFL seasons? That's what you're going on?

Seems fine to me

When it "only takes 16 years" to finally form a decent relationship with your schools greatest NFL success, there probably were issues there.

“We had to go kind of rogue to get it done,” said Todd Anson, a Michigan booster. “But it was important, because we knew Tom felt estranged from the program.”

Even Boosters knew there wasn't great feelings from Brady toward Michigan.

But he was greatly loved according to @MAIZEandBLUE09 revisionist history

In an archived article from Sports Illustrated, Tom Brady Sr. was asked about the quarterback battle. His response tells the story of the younger Brady’s Michigan tenure, “It’s a pretty sore spot, to be honest with you,” Brady’s father said. “He wasn’t treated very kindly by the head coach.”

Michigan got brady on campus during the NFL season because Brady was suspended for 4 games.

So mad at lloyd = mad at Michigan? I'm mad at Lloyd.

Kansas unranked and underrated. Coach Lance is building a machine.

Too soon, but that's an interesting one to watch for sure. Especially with TX/OU out of the picture in 2024.

They were competitive in the majority of their games last season, but looks like they lacked depth.

Got a little rest for their bowl game, or Arky didn't wanna be there.

There's a UT guy who covers the Big12 football conference and does a preview magazine every year. On a pod last week, he said after UT and ou.. KU has the best skill players in the conference. They are light along the OL/DL.. if they can hold their own, they should do well this season

Makes sense.

That 2022 record screams lack of depth in the trenches.

didn't help that Daniels got hurt in the season as well, however unlike ou, they had a decent QB that almost knocked them off in his first start of the season

Michigan produced Tom Brady. Hell, Chad Henne has had a more successful NFL career than any OSU QB that I can think of
Were you even alive when Brady was at michigan? Also are you going to tell me if you had the choice between Henne back in the day, Justin Fields, or CJ Stroud to start a team with, you'd choose Henne? They've had 3 HCs since the coaching staff that put those two into the NFL, come on man.

We have a rush-heavy offense less reliant on a QB. But also, we produced the best NFL QB of all time....so, weird argument?
You had the best NFL QB of all-time and you barely got him drafted in the top 200 picks. Hell, OSU got Joe Germaine drafted 101st overall and that dude sucked. If anything, michigan held back Brady but he was good enough to overcome it, thankfully for him.

I was alive, but pretty young.

I’d take the Super Bowl champion Henne over both

So you're saying the NFL is bad at evaluating talent?

So OSU's best NFL QB in the last 30 years barely beat our QB who was a perennial backup for most of his career? Nice....
Fields' 2022 season was exponentially better than any season Henne had.
