The next time a team wins the NC based on bringing in a ton of transfers will be the first. The proper use is to supplement the good high school players you get and to strengthen weak position rooms. The problem is there are reasons that players who transfer generally (1) didn't live up to the HS ratings, (2) couldn't get playing time where they were, or (3) they are attitude problems. None of those are good things and loading up your team with those types of players as a primary source of recruiting isn't going to work, IMO. There are exceptions of course ... but those players are going to get spread around a few here and there, and there aren't enough of them tom build a roster.
