Not really. There’s no way to prove one thing or the other at this point. It would basically be his word vs the umpires. And the umpires have shown in the past that even when shown irrefutable proof, they still back their guys. See Angel Hernandez among others.

1) The Tigers aren't as bad as their record, they took 2 of 3 from Houston, Cleveland, and Milwaukee and took 2 from SF (one was postponed until later. If not for The Rays and Orioles, they'd have a pretty good record.They are slowly getting back to respectability.
